Greystones Gymnastics Academy (GGA) collects the following data:

1. Personal identification information

1.1 Name, email address, phone number, address.

1.2 Basics health condition for sport activity

1.3 Gymnastics video-audio in the gym for educational purposes and participation in gymnastics events,

competitions, gymnastics challenges online, photo gallery in the Academy website.

2.1 You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

2.2 Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

2.3 Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

2.4 Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.


3. How will we use your data?

GGA collects your data so that we can:

3.3 Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

3.4 Academy Team Members consent the use of video-audio data to promote the Academy Team, gymnastics events and activities on the Academy website. The Academy will edit the video-audio data with filters to protect the privacy of its members before been published on the Academy website.

Greystones Gymnastics Academy does not participate or use any social-media platforms.


4. How do we store your data?

4.1 GGA securely stores your data at Hosting Ireland servers and Apple iCloud Ireland according regulations.

4.2 GGA will keep your personal data for eight years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by following Hosting Ireland and Apple iCloud procedures.

Academy Team Members consent to keep their data in the Academy for Academy legacy.
